RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Liquidthoughts Ent. Each item is custom-made on demand, so we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference.

Eligible Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at liquidthoughtsent@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Upon approval, we will send a replacement at no extra cost
  4. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method
  5. You do not need to return the damaged item

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased in the wrong size or color
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Gift cards and downloadable products

Shipping Returns

We do not accept physical returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
