Eligible Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at liquidthoughtsent@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Upon approval, we will send a replacement at no extra cost
- If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method
- You do not need to return the damaged item
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased in the wrong size or color
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Gift cards and downloadable products
Shipping Returns
We do not accept physical returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
